Can I choose my own colours if SLG supply the materials?
SLG are a company which work alongside our customers, we offer our valued experience to ensure you are fully informed when deciding which colours to choose. Where possible we would always like to supply the materials as we can then guarantee the finish however should the customer prefer to buy their own we are also happy to work with them on this.
My last workman damaged a cabinet whilst completing the job - will you ?
Every effort is made to ensure all surfaces are protected sometimes even beyond the rooms the work is taking place to ensure damages do not happen - we try to leave every job exactly as we find it after all this is your home we are working in.
Can I ask you to complete extra work whilst at my home.
We try to work with our customers to ensure that when we leave the property you are 100% happy with our work if time and materials allow we will complete extra tasks for you or complete a new job sheet and arrange a further visit for you.
